Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Amazon PPC Specialist with an overall understanding of Account Management to join our team. As a PPC Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing PPC campaigns, bid management, keyword research, and campaign creation. Additionally, as an Account Manager, you will oversee account health, client satisfaction, and overall growth. This role requires strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
Responsibilities:
Conduct bid optimization via bulk file on a weekly and monthly basis.
Create and optimize campaigns, including auto campaigns and manual campaigns based on STR (Search Term Report) analysis.
Perform monthly goal setting, campaign monitoring, and keyword tracking to maximize performance.
Utilize tools such as Data Dive, Helium 10, Product Opportunity Explorer, and Brand Analytics for keyword research and ASIN-focused strategies.
Proficient in Google Sheets, able to create and work with macros
Implement keyword negation, increase bids for zero impressions, and decrease bids for zero orders with at least one click.
Stay updated with industry trends and regularly listen PPC related educational materials for insights and implementation ideas.
Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
Proactively seek opportunities to grow sales and achieve client goals.
Continuously improve internal systems and processes to enhance efficiency and deliverables.
Demonstrate strategic thinking and the ability to leverage various levers to drive account growth.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in PPC management and account management.
Proven experience in Amazon PPC management and optimization.
Strong knowledge of bid optimization techniques and campaign creation strategies.
Proficiency in utilizing tools such as Data Dive, Helium 10, Product Opportunity Explorer, and Brand Analytics for keyword research and analysis.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and advertising platforms.
Prior experience in customer support and inventory management is a plus.
Ability to create SOPs based on responsibilities and daily tasks.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, chaotic environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive sales and ensure client satisfaction.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members.

Work Hours:
Monday to Friday: 9 am to 5 pm EST.
