Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Roofing Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately assessing roofing project requirements by conducting takeoffs using specialized software and translating the gathered data into
comprehensive estimates using another designated software. This role requires a strong understanding of roofing systems, and construction principles, and proficiency in utilizing estimating tools. Candidates must be technologically proficient to be
considered.

Stand out by sending voice recordings for priority interviews.

Responsibilities:
Takeoff Analysis:
? Utilize roofing takeoff software to analyze architectural plans and
specifications.
? Accurately quantify materials, labor, and equipment needed for roofing
projects.
Estimation Development:
? Utilize estimating software to input data from takeoffs and create detailed
project estimates.
? Ensure estimates align with project requirements, industry standards, and
company guidelines.
Collaboration:
? Work closely with project managers, sales teams, and other stakeholders
to understand the project scope and requirements.
Cost Analysis:
? Analyze and assess costs associated with roofing projects, considering
factors such as materials, labor, equipment, and overhead expenses.
Documentation:
? Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of takeoffs, estimates, and
any revisions made during the estimation process.
? Provide clear and concise explanations of the basis for each estimate.
Continuous Improvement:
? Continuously refine and improve estimating processes to enhance
accuracy and efficiency.

? Proven experience as a Roofing Estimator with a track record of
successful project estimates.
? Familiarity with roofing systems and construction practices.
