Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Roofing Repair Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary liaison between our sales team, repair crews, and homeowners. Your main responsibilities include scheduling repair jobs, coordinating with repair crews, managing homeowner escalations, ensuring timely collection of payments post-repair, and maintaining an organized and up-to-date CRM system.
Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling and Coordination:
Schedule roofing repairs sold by the sales team with homeowners, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
Organize and manage the repair crews’ schedules to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate logistics and ensure all necessary materials and equipment are available for each job.
Communication and Escalation Handling:
Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
Manage and resolve escalations from homeowners, ensuring issues are addressed effectively and customer satisfaction is maintained.
Maintain regular communication with the office team, providing updates and reports on repair schedules, progress, and any issues encountered.
Financial Responsibilities:
Oversee the collection of payments upon completion of repairs, ensuring transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
Liaise with the finance department to reconcile payments and assist with any billing inquiries or discrepancies.
CRM and Data Management:
Maintain the CRM system, ensuring all customer data, repair schedules, and communication logs are accurate and up-to-date.
Generate reports from the CRM as needed for performance tracking and operational improvements.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales team to understand the scope and details of sold repair jobs.
Collaborate with repair crews, providing them with necessary job details and ensuring they are equipped to meet customer expectations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to handle stressful situations and high-pressure environments with professionalism.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
