Your Role
As an employee of Offshore Launch, you are being hired for a unique role within a target Client’s company. We value long-term partnerships, and seek to recruit talent that will serve an individual Client’s business for multiple years.
You will work full-time with the Client company. However, the Agency provides ongoing support to ensure your continued success. As such, we create space for ongoing check-ins, feedback and development through:
– Membership in the Offshore Launch Slack workspace
– Bi-weekly All Team meetings
– Monthly reviews

About the Company
We specialize in providing a secure, well-maintained roof for our customers, covering multi-family, commercial, and residential roofing. Our commitment to top-notch quality and reliability ensures that every roofing project is as dependable.
This role requires a ‘hunter’s mentality’ with a track record for closing sales and a positive, persuasive demeanor over the phone. You will be a core member of the sales team and work closely with the Sales Manager.
$250 commission for every sale you generate.
Responsibilities:
– Cold call affected storm areas provided by Hive (200 per day desired)
– Turn leads into inspection appointments
– Support Hive’s team in various admin tasks
– File claims
– Facilitate insurance approvals
– Follow up with clients to sign
– Coordinate subcontractors
– Draft estimates
– Coordinate with admin to schedule inspections
Requirements:
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in roofing sales, construction, or a related field.
– Demonstrated ability to effectively cold call and generate leads in storm-affected areas.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, subcontractors, and insurance companies.
– Experience in handling administrative tasks such as filing claims, drafting estimates, and scheduling inspections.
– Familiarity with roofing materials, construction processes, and insurance claim procedures.
– Proficient in using project management software and tools to maintain project dashboards and coordinate with team members.
– Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in estimates, claims, and project documentation.
– Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to support Hive’s mission and goals
Compensation & Benefits (to be provided by Offshore Launch):
– $1000
– $250 commission for every sale you generate.
– 13th month pay
