RPA Business Analyst

RPA Business Analyst Job Description:

We seek a skilled and experienced RPA Business Analyst to support our development team. The RPA Business Analyst will identify automation opportunities, create and document process workflows, and gather business requirements.

Preferred: UiPath Certified Professional Automation Business Analyst (UiABA)

Work Schedule:
– Monday to Thursday – 8:45am to 5pm EST
– Friday – 8:45am to 3:45pm EST

Responsibilities:
1. Work with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and understand business processes.
2. Analyze existing processes and recommend areas for automation.
3. Document business processes and workflows.
4. Collaborate with the development team to design RPA solutions that meet business requirements.
5. Create and maintain project documentation, including process maps, business requirements, and technical specifications.
6. Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and development team members.
7. Conduct testing and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT)
8. Provide support during the implementation and post-implementation phases.
9. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of RPA tools, techniques, and industry trends.

Requirements:
– 3+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
– Possess a solid understanding of RPA concepts and methodologies.
– Experience with RPA tools such as UiPath.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
– Familiarity with project management methodologies.
– Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
– A proven track record of successfully delivering automation projects.

Technical Requirements:
– Intel i3 6th Gen or i5/Ryzen 5/MAC
– RAM 8GB
– Windows 10/Catalina and up ONLY
– At least 25 mbps Internet Speed (fiber or postpaid internet line; no mobile hotspots allowed)

Experience:
– Business Analyst: 5 years (Preferred)
– RPA Development: 3 years (Preferred)
– RPA tools such as UiPath: 3 years (Preferred)
– software development life cycle (SDLC).: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:
– UiPath Certified Professional Automation Business Analyst (Preferred)
