About this Role

As an RPL Coordinator, you will support the RPL Manager in ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day management of the RTO’s training and assessment operations. Your responsibilities will include onboarding new assessors, reviewing the assessor mapping documents, managing and maintaining the assessor profiles in a management platform, and reporting.

To excel in this role, you should possess strong problem-solving skills, be analytical, friendly, a fast learner, embrace technology, and be organised with a proactive attitude and strong relationship and leadership abilities. This role reports directly to the RPL Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Assisting the RPL manager in managing and maintaining HR matrix mapping of all assessors.
2. Supporting the RPL manager to ensure assessor profile is up to date in the databases. This includes all VET and industry currencies of all assessors.
3. Assisting the RPL manager to develop and implement action plans to address identified areas for improvement.
4. Assisting the RPL Manager in day-to-day RPL assessment operations.
5. Assisting the RPL Manager to implement, maintain, and review policies and procedures related to assessors, assessments, and strategies.
6. Manage relationships with key stakeholders.
7. Assisting the RPL Manager with the recruitment, induction, and training of trainers/assessors. Coordinate with Traxion’s HR Team for recruitment and onboarding of new assessors (and trainers).

To be Successful in this Role You Will Need
a. A bachelor’s in Education a must
b. Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
c. Advanced skills in creating Word document templates.
d. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
e. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
f. Above average English communication skills (both written and verbal)
g. Experience in an international organisation is an advantage
