Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Ruby on Rails Developer to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for someone who possesses a foundational knowledge of Rails, is eager to learn, and can adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our Rails 6 web application, contributing to various aspects of development from bug fixing to deploying new instances for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
– Debugging and resolving issues within the application.
– Upgrading the application from Rails 6 to Rails 7.
– Enhancing our testing framework, fixing existing tests, and increasing test coverage.
– Developing new features to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
– Applying security patches to ensure the integrity and safety of our application.
– Deploying new instances of our application for each customer, ensuring a personalized experience.

Technical Skills:
– Proficiency in Ruby on Rails is essential.
– Experience with Docker, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Bootstrap or willingness to learn.
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
