Job Description

You will be responsible for overseeing the organization’s accounting department and working with the executive team to identify where company revenue can be increased or saved. Your responsibilities will include financial tracking/reporting, payroll management, and other tasks related to the accounting department. You will also be responsible for assisting in collecting outstanding invoices from clients.

+ Financial Reporting
+ Payroll Management
+ Tracking Sales Revenue
+ Tracking Expenses
+ Responding To Customer Chargebacks
+ Collecting Payments Owed To Us
+ Negotiating & Preventing Refunds
+ Other Tasks As Deemed Necessary

REQUIRED Technical Skills & Experience

To do this job, you’ll need :

+ MINIMUM 2+ YEARS OF WORK EXPERIENCE AS AN ACCOUNTANT OR CONTROLLER IS REQUIRED
+ Exceptional English skills (written and spoken)
+ Customer service skills
+ Familiarity working with CRM’s, Payment Processors, and other software where financial data is stored/collected.
+ Quickbooks & Paychex Experience
+ A desire to stand out.
+ Ability to use communication and project management software like Slack, Monday, Google Suite, and etc.
+ Highly proficient technical skills allowing you to learn new things and be open to new tasks and responsibilities.

Work Schedule & Holidays

+ This is a full-time position Mondays through Fridays. MUST BE available from 9AM PST – 5PM PST.
+ You’ll qualify for 3 vacation leaves and 3 sick leaves after a 6-month probation period.
We honor most Filipino holidays except for All Saints and All Souls Day.
+ MUST HAVE RELIABLE WI-FI & Be Available for communication via Slack on a moment’s notice at times (within reason).
