Roles and Responsibilities:

– Conduct engaging and persuasive SaaS demo calls with potential clients to showcase the value and features of our digital marketing solutions.
– Articulate the technical aspects of our products and services in a clear and concise manner to potential customers.
– Identify customer needs and tailor product demonstrations to address their specific requirements and pain points.
– Collaborate with the sales team to qualify leads and ensure a seamless handover of prospects.
– Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our SaaS products, staying up-to-date with new features and enhancements.
– Provide exceptional customer support during the sales process, addressing inquiries, and resolving technical issues promptly.
– Collaborate with the product development team to provide valuable feedback from customers and contribute to product roadmap discussions.
– Track and analyze sales data to identify trends, measure performance, and suggest improvements to the sales process.
– Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to effectively position our products in the market.

Result:

As a SaaS Demo Call Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts by conducting SaaS demo calls and providing excellent customer support. This role requires a strong technical background, proven sales experience, and the ability to communicate complex concepts in a simple and compelling manner.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3 years solid experience in technical sales profession, preferably in a digital marketing or SaaS industry.
2. Strong technical proficiency and ability to understand and explain complex concepts in a simplified manner.
3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with potential customers and build rapport.
4. Demonstrated ability to conduct compelling software sales like; SaaS demo calls that lead to successful sales conversions.
5. Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and concepts, including SEO, social media marketing, and content marketing.
6. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales pipelines.
7. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
8. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet in high-pressure sales situations.
9. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
