Our goal is to *guide readers through the next generation of technology and AI*, and writing honest reviews about the products within the industry is a **crucial aspect of this.** That’s where you come in.

## Job Purpose

– The product reviewer & writer role will play a pivotal role in enhancing our company’s online presence by writing high-quality, SEO-optimized product reviews. You’ll basically be testing indie & medium-sized AI, tech, and marketing tools to write super insightful product reviews. (example: HubSpot 2023 review, Jasper AI review, Elementor vs Divi Comparison
– Half your time should be spent reviewing a product, learning the details and intricacies & the other half should be writing based on the search & insights you’ve found.
– **These articles don’t need fluff:** they’re insightful, educational, and informative about the topic matter. We’ve been writing for years & know exactly what makes something rank online. We will train you! It’s not adding a certain number of headings or images to a blog, **it’s writing really great content.**
– If you are used to only measuring certain keywords or conducting unrelated technical SEO, please don’t apply. We need really good researchers, writers, and reviewers.
– **Please only apply if you are willing to learn tools & write amazing reviews on them. A technical expertise or experience is a massive plus.**

## Key Responsibilities

– Research & learn about various SaaS/tech tools and learn about what they do
– Conduct research on existing reviews & articles about the tool to create a unique + better review outline

– Write high-quality, informative reviews without any fluff. An insightful look into a product & who it benefits. Write these reviews in a simple and clear language, enabling any type of audience to understand how it works & purchase today.
– Update older articles to refresh the content, features, and pricing if they haven’t been updated in months
– Research and educate yourself on similar tools & industry to suggest your own tools to review.

## Required Qualifications & Skills

– Writing Portfolio: Must have a portfolio of prior articles or written pieces to showcase writing ability and expertise in relevant subjects. Topics related to technology, marketing, and reviews are a huge plus.
– Language Proficiency: Excellent command of the English language with strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Marketing Technology Knowledge: You’ll work with all of these tools, Slack for communication, Notion and Google Docs for organization, and WordPress for posting.
– SEO Proficiency: Familiarity with SEO best practices and experience writing content for people, but optimizing even more for search engines.
– Research Skills: Ability to conduct in-depth research on various tools that you’ll be given access to. Learn what someone would need to know about a tool if they don’t have it yet.
– Time Management: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
– Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with the team on Slack.
– **We do not track your time, you can work whenever you want, from wherever you want. You just have to meet deadlines. You will most likely be reviewing a product a day. (or two general articles)**

– Adaptable: Open to change and has the ability to adapt to new technologies, platforms, and tools. You’ll be working with a lot of different niche tech tools.
– Detail-Oriented: Someone who pays close attention to detail and ensures the accuracy and quality of content. Content is king of it all. The articles need to be extremely well-written.
– Self-Starter: Takes initiative in learning new topics and creating engaging content.
– Creative: Brings creativity to content creation, with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative content ideas.
