SaaS Technical Support Expert

Join our fast growing company as a SaaS Technical Support Expert with fluent English language skills.

It is a remote full-time position.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10 AM – 7 PM EST

-Compensation – 800 USD/month during the probation period (2months) and 900USD/month + 100USD per KPIs after the probation period;

Your responsibilities:
-Supporting customers via email (up to 30 tickets per day), including 3-4 Live-Chats per day
-Onboarding new customers and guiding them through the product features
-Conducting product demos for potential customers to showcase the product’s value and features
-Creating and updating the knowledge base of the service and products
-Creating videos for users, showing demos, writing technical articles
-60% – emails, 30% – chats, 10% – video calls

You are our perfect candidate if you have:
-English C1 (writing and speaking with no accent);
-3+ years Experience as a SaaS Tech Support Expert;
-Ability to do a demo of the product and generally be communicative and not scare off customers, but rather stay in conversation (even if she is not a salesperson).
-Ability to work in a stressful situation, skills of active listening and attention to detail, respect for the Client, focus on helping Clients, empathy, calm character;
-Self-employment. We will sign a contract with you as with independent businessman;
-You can work from home, don’t be distracted;
-Have your own PC and good Internet connection.
