We are looking for a dynamic individual to fill the role of Administrative Assistant cum Social Media Manager.
This position involves a combination of administrative tasks and social media management, utilizing various software tools including Canva, Metricool, Google Sheets, Gmail, Whatsapp, and ChatGPT. If you’re highly organized, tech-savvy, and have a flair for social media, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing activities, and database management
Create engaging social media content using Canva and craft compelling captions with ChatGPT
Utilize Metricool to coordinate and monitor social media postings across multiple platforms
Include “Perfect VA” in the subject line to indicate your careful attention to detail and thoroughness in reading the job post.
Generate property valuation estimates similar to Zestimate™ and compile reports for clients
Source specific properties for clients through platforms like , , and
Coordinate viewing appointments with clients and agents
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
Work Hours:
Weekdays: 9am to 5pm daily (12-12.40pm is lunch break) and (1 x 20 -min tea-time break at 3-3.20pm)
Saturday: 9am to 2pm (12-12.40pm is lunch break)
Additional Details: Lunch and team-time break are negotiable.
This is a remote position with no requirement for client-facing meetings over Zoom or other video conferencing platforms.
Salary will be paid 2x-weekly directly to your bank account in the Philippines.
The right candidate can expect an annual salary increment, along with mid and year-end bonuses.
Success in this role will be measured by punctuality, attendance, completion of daily tasks, and demonstration of initiative.
We’ll be using Hubstaff for all human resources related activities.
