looking for a SALE EXECUTIVE / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT / SALE REPRESENTATIVE / KEY ACCOUNTS MANAGER / CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST within the Operations department who shall assist our U.S or AUSTRALIA – based client’s customers with their queries/concerns and provide an accurate resolution to customers as per the defined processes via call (INBOUND / OUTBOUND). We are looking for people who have experience in dealing with international customers. Candidate must have Good Communication Skills (ENGLISH) and having the ability to work in Eastern Time. Good Listening & Speaking Skills.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

– Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
– Present products to prospective clients
– Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty
– Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs
– Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction and to maintain the company’s reputation
– Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
– 2 to 3 years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist/ Call Center Representative with US-based customers and clients.
– Excellent verbal and written Communication, Selling, Negotiation skills.
– Handle inbound and outbound calls with US-based clients.
– Exemplary attendance and punctuality.
– Strong phone contact handling skills, active listening & understanding.
– Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
– Should be target-oriented, hardworking.
– Applicant should preferably have previous Tele sales experience in a US campaign.
– Fresh candidates with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

– Proven experience as Sales/Customer Service role
– Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
– Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software
– Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
– Organizational and time-management skills
– A business acumen
– Enthusiastic and passionate
