Job Description:
As a Sales , you will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, achieving sales targets. Your role will involve building strong client relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and ensuring the overall growth and success of our sales efforts.
What You’ll Do:
• Sales Strategy Development:
o Create and implement data-driven sales strategies to meet and exceed business goals.
• Client Relationship Management:
o Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Sales Quotas and Goals:
o Set, monitor, and achieve sales quotas and objectives.
• Market Research:
o Identify emerging markets and new sales opportunities to expand the company’s presence.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Manage distribution channels.
• Maintain existing client relationships.
• Stay on top of client communications via phone calls.
• Manage multiple merchants and establish integration of payment solutions.
• Optimize settlement agreements.
Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a sales manager role.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates in person, via email, and over the telephone.
• Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Adherence to the attendance policy is necessary.
Experience:
• Proven sales experience – a must.
• Experience in high-stress environments.
• Experience handling difficult/problematic clients.
• Experience in Forex, banking, or insurance sales – a plus.
Hard Skills:

• Proficient in English (upper intermediate to fluent) – a must.
