We are seeking a motivated and results-driven sales agent to join our team. As a remote sales agent, you will be responsible for generating new business by making outbound calls, following up with leads through emails and SMS, and promoting our software CRM and TMS solutions for auto transport and freight brokers. This is a work-from-home position, and you will be utilizing custom platforms to source potential leads and manage your sales activities.
Responsibilities:
Conduct approximately 100 outbound calls per day to prospective clients, primarily focusing on cold calling efforts.
Follow up with leads through email and SMS to nurture relationships, answer queries, and provide additional information about our software solutions.
Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of our auto transport CRM and TMS to potential clients.
Identify and understand client needs and tailor product demonstrations and pitches accordingly.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation, prospecting, and closing sales.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and progress in our CRM system.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings.
Provide feedback and insights from client interactions to help enhance our product and service offerings.
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales, preferably in the software or web app space.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential clients over the phone, email, and SMS.
Strong negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.
Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in using Google search and other relevant sales tools and platforms.
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet work-from-home environment.
Compensation:
Base salary: $100 per week.
Commission: Earn a competitive commission on sales, based on performance and sales targets achieved. Starting at 10% of avg $200/month sale. This is a great way to create a strong passive income. Easily get to a 6 figure USD income this year.
