Job description:
We are looking for an Account Executive who speaks native fluency (American Accent) in English with at least 2-year of quota-carrying experience in sales or appointment setting that can help expand our current inbound lead generation campaigns. Ideally, you have experience in the home services/improvement field or can easily relate to SMB service-based business owners. We’re looking for someone who’s persuasive, confident, and tech-savvy enough to excel in a demanding full-cycle account executive role. Someone who is quick on their feet, and coachable. You’ve been told you sound great on the phone and are a diligent and organized record keeper. We hire for the long term and are looking for someone to help build a team around this growing market segment.
What we offer:
Join an international team of +18 people based in the USA, Poland, Switzerland, Brazil, and Germany.
$60-120k/yr in commission-based sales (1099 Independent Contractor) Uncapped (of course!)
Responsibilities:
You will call on decision-makers at Epoxy Coatings companies who are submitting inbound leads and with the rest of your time you will make a hefty amount of outbound calls to larger mid-market targets. We are looking for a segment manager that will take charge of this extremely fast growing market segment. We receive leads day in and day out and are looking for someone who is willing to make money even on nights and weekends. Many leads come in on Sat/Sun and we regularly close them and so will you 🙂 We already have reps closing 15 customers/month and that’s not even working full time, we have steady inbound leadflow and will continue to increase ad spend to make sure your plate is full. Deals are structured monthly & annually, commissions are paid out biweekly for annually and for monthly deals they are paid out over 6 months. Opportunity for recurring commissions
Manage a sales pipeline and keep a clean CRM.
Willing to work M-F 5pm – 9pm CDT then on weekends
