Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role involves managing sales processes and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will have a flair for client communication, a knack for sales, and a deep understanding of digital marketing, especially SEO, content creation, and PR.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:
– Generate leads and identify potential clients in need of our digital marketing services.
– Conduct outreach via email, phone calls, and social media platforms.
– Present and sell digital marketing services to new clients.
– Follow up on sales leads and manage the sales pipeline.

Account Management:
– Serve as the main point of contact for client accounts.
– Send clients their completed work through our client portal, help troubleshoot on any issues. All account management work will be done through email and through our client portal.
– Maintain ongoing communication with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
– Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.

Qualifications:
– Ideally, you are familiar with cold email process, working through a call script and using social media like linkedin and twitter to attract clients.
– You have experience working with a CRM and emailing customers doing customer service
– You have some experience in sales, either in digital marketing or a similar role.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, content creation, and PR.
– Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, google docs.
– Strong organizational and time-management skills.
– A proactive and results-driven mindset.
