• Data-Informed Decision Making:
• Use data analysis to make strategic decisions that improve overall productivity and effectively allocate resources.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction, and fostering long-term partnerships.
• Sales Quotas and Goals:
• Set and track sales quotas and goals to support team productivity and achieve business objectives.
• Market Identification:
• Identify new markets to discover sales opportunities and expand the company’s presence.
• Feedback and Innovation:
• Provide constructive feedback and innovative ideas to improve new business development and enhance client service.
• Team Leadership:
• Conduct regular meetings with the sales team and provide individual coaching to support professional growth.
• Performance Reporting:
• Regularly report performance metrics to track progress and make informed strategic decisions.
Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales manager role.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates in person, via email, and over the telephone.
• Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Adherence to the attendance policy is necessary.
• Ability to travel abroad for conferences.
Experience:
• Sales experience – a must.
• Experience working in a stressed environment.
• Experience in handling difficult/problematic clients.
• Experience in banking sales will be a plus.
• Experience in insurance sales will be a plus.
Soft Skills:
• Organized.
• Responsible.

• Good human relationships.

• Aggressive (if needed to work with clients).

What We Expect from You:
• Understanding of affiliate marketing specifics.
• Experience in a relevant position as a sales manager (crypto vertical experience will be a plus).
• High level of motivation.
• Strong business communication skills.
• English – fluent a must.
Responsibilities:
• Maintenance and management of connected affiliates.
• Development of the network and its own affiliate program.
• Search and integration of new affiliates.
• Analysis of competitors and trends in the field of affiliate marketing.
• Optimization of traffic sources, tracking profitability, and increasing traffic volumes.
• Documentation and reporting.
