Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated National Accounts Sales Admin to join our team.

Responsibilities:
-Manage and coordinate national accounts, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
-Utilize Corebridge, G Suite, Hubspot, and Orderhive to track sales, manage client information, and streamline processes.
-Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support sales strategies and initiatives.
-Provide professional spoken English for internal company conversations and client communication.
-Assist with other back office and operational tasks as needed.

Requirements:
Proven experience in a sales admin or similar role.
Proficiency in Corebridge, G Suite, Hubspot, and Orderhive.
Medium to professional level spoken English required.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work in the customer’s time zone (EST) and adhere to the working hours.
Assist with multi site orders/maintaining spreadsheets and entering high volume of orders in system.

? Continuously improve and learn to streamline processes.
? Update order details and notes as needed.
? Other projects and assigned tasks as needed including administrative support.
? Complete various data entry tasks to maintain spreadsheets as required.
? Timely and accurate order entry into both the order system and the inventory tracking system.
? Work on multiple items simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
? Communicate with other employees and departments in a calm and professional manner.
? Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and codes of conduct.
? Order and inventory system entry as needed.
? Provide customer service to clients.
? Great communication with clients via email.
? Answer customer inquiries regarding damaged or missing product-provide replacements as needed.
? Provide tracking and packing list information upon request for customers.
? Weborder, and Purchase Order entry daily-High Volume.
? Clear knowledge and understanding of product, website, and ordering systems
Reliable, dependable, detail oriented, self-motivated, inquisitive, dedicated to the team, follows directions,
can work independently.

Experience:
? Intermediate Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
? Experience in a Sales Team environment-Preferred
? Experience in an office environment with basic office productivity software experience required
(microsoft word, outlook, etc…)

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to deadlines.
