The Sales Admin at Phoenix Water Solutions plays a pivotal role in supporting the sales team by streamlining operations and maintaining effective communication channels. Reporting to the Sales Utility Specialist, this position is responsible for managing new deal data, crafting proposals, and ensuring efficient internal and external communication. Key Outcomes Within First Six Months:
– Successfully create and deliver tailored proposals to potential clients using raw pricing data.
– Implement and manage a comprehensive new deal data management system between the Server, Service Titan, and Hubspot.
– Develop and maintain a dynamic lead list for three new target markets, contributing to an increase in outbound sales
activities.
– Facilitate the collection of client and prospect information with a 95% success rate, enhancing sales process efficiency.
– Manage the sales shared mailbox and weekly scorecard with zero missed critical communications.
– Conduct thorough grant research, identifying 100+ potential funding opportunities for projects and partnerships.
– Complete post-deal reviews for all closed sales, providing actionable insights that lead to improvement in sales strategies.
– Create processes for new outbound sales team members to work a list of contacts for a specific market.
– Produce monthly sales reports highlighting key metrics and goals, demonstrating clear progress towards annual targets.
– Coordinate logistics for 10 trade shows nationally that align with PWS goals and vision.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
– At least 1 year of experience in sales management, preferably in a related industry.
– Proven track record in developing sales strategies.
– Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and team-building skills.
