We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Virtual Assistant/Sales Admin to support our client’s digital marketing agency in the US. The primary responsibilities of this role include managing sales automation platforms, such as Apollo and LinkedIn Automation, setting up email and DM sequences, monitoring replies, booking appointments, and assisting with other sales administration activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing automation processes, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude to drive sales success.
*Responsibilities:
-Sales Automation Management:
-Proficiently use and LinkedIn (Linkedin Helper) Automation platforms to set up sequences, manage templates, and automate sales processes.
-Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry and management within the automation platforms.
-Monitor and track engagement, response, and conversion metrics to optimize sales efforts.
-Reply Monitoring and Lead Management: Regularly check and respond to incoming inquiries, messages, and leads generated through automated campaigns.
-Prioritize and categorize leads based on their level of interest and effectively communicate with potential clients.
-Appointment Booking:
-Coordinate and schedule appointments, demos, and meetings for the sales team.
-Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and provide necessary details to all parties involved.
-Sales Administration Support: Assist in the preparation and organization of sales materials, presentations, proposals, and contracts.
-Conduct research on potential clients and competitors to support sales initiatives.
-Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including pipeline management and sales forecasts.
-Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with the sales team, marketing team, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of sales strategies.
-Provide regular updates and reports on sales automation performance and outcomes.
**Requirements:
-Proven experience as a virtual assistant or sales administrator in a similar role.
-Strong knowledge of sales automation platforms such as and LinkedIn Automation.
-Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management processes.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and internal stakeholders effectively.
-Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
-Proficient in using Google Sheets/docs
-Self-motivated and proactive with a results-oriented mindset.
-Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
-Prior experience in a marketing agency or a similar industry is a plus.
