Responsibilities of the Sales Admin Assistant
Cold Calling:
* Conduct cold calling to reach out to potential clients.
* Manage a list of 6000 contractors in Arizona for targeted outreach.
* Convert cold leads into warm leads through effective communication.
* Develop needs assessments to understand client requirements.
* Create proposals and value propositions to showcase services.
Administrative Support:
* Handle procurement tasks related to sales and appointments.
* Perform administrative tasks related to sales and scheduling appointments.
* Follow up with leads to maintain engagement and interest.
Calendar Management:
* Schedule and manage in-person appointments with clients.
* Arrange virtual appointments and conduct client follow-ups.
* Take meeting notes to track discussions and action items.
Social Media:
* Posting on the Client’s Social Media channels
* Updating parts of the website
