Mission of Sales Admin Assistant:
The Sales Admin Assistant is the key liaison for clients, specializing in lead conversion through strategic social media management. With a focus on efficient operations, this role involves diverse tasks, including administrative duties and ensuring seamless communication. The Sales Admin Assistant also contributes to sales and customer service efforts, further enhancing the mission of client support and operational excellence.

Your responsibilities include:

Client Engagement and Sales Support: Act as the primary contact, transforming leads into sales through active social media management on different platforms.
Administrative Tasks: Implement processes, manage email inbox, adhere to schedules, and assist with various administrative duties.
Social Media Management: Schedule and manage posts on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Respond to comments, ensuring appropriate redirection, and oversee community engagement.
Sales and Customer Service: Conduct sales and customer service work.
Operational support: Manage file transfers, aid in client onboarding, and assist in project management.
Content Quality: Create brand imagery using tools like Canva, and review videos for grammar mistakes.
Monthly Reports: Run and check reports for clients.
