Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:
Your responsibilities include:
Cold Calling:
Conduct cold calling to reach out to potential clients.
Manage a list of 6000 contractors in Arizona for targeted outreach.
Convert cold leads into warm leads through effective communication.
Develop needs assessments to understand client requirements.
Create proposals and value propositions to showcase services.
Administrative Support:
Handle procurement tasks related to sales and appointments.
Perform administrative tasks related to sales and appointments.
Follow up with leads to maintain engagement and interest.
Calendar Management:
Schedule and manage in-person appointments with clients.
Arrange virtual appointments and conduct client follow-ups.
Take meeting notes to track discussions and action items.
Other Tasks:
Transform mundane tasks into gold, supporting the business’s growth with your magical touch.
