Purpose:
Our Sales Support Specialists are vital in propelling your construction business’s sales endeavors.
Responsibilities:
Collaborating closely with your sales team to enhance the sales process, focusing on strategies effective in the construction industry, from lead generation to closing deals.
Meticulously managing client information and sales data in your CRM system, ensuring up-to-date records crucial for successful client relations and sales strategies in construction.
Focus with bid follow up and tracking.
Assisting in the creation of sales proposals, quotes, bids and contracts, specifically tailored to resonate with clients in the construction sector, emphasizing your company’s strengths in handling construction projects.
Providing administrative support for the sales team, including scheduling site visits, coordinating with project managers, and managing client communications, which enables your sales professionals to focus more on client engagement and deal closure.
Actively participating in analyzing market trends, client feedback, and competitor strategies in the construction industry, offering insights that help shape robust sales strategies.
Serving as a pivotal communication link between the sales team, clients, and internal departments like project management and engineering, ensuring streamlined operations and client satisfaction. Supporting the sales team in organizing and participating in industry- specific events such as construction expos, trade shows, and networking events, enhancing brand visibility and networking opportunities in the construction sector.
Data entry into the google suite based system.
Requirements and Skills:
3+ years of related experience or relevant coursework
3+ years of experience using GSuite (Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.)
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience using CRM (preferred)
Experience using Slack and ClickUp (preferred)
Willing to work US day-shift (approx. 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST)
English language fluency
Spanish language fluency (preferred)
