Your role and responsibilities:
As an Internal Sales and Support Person, your mission will be to provide exceptional customer support and contribute to boosting our conversion rates. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Efficiently handling customer enquiries
• Taking/fielding inbound calls
• Raising timely and accurate quotations.
• Collaborating closely with the sales team to ensure smooth follow-up on proposals to maximise conversion rates.
• Developing an outstanding understanding of our products’ technical aspects to offer top-notch service.
• Updating ERP/CRM system, to track all leads, opportunities and customer interactions
• Database cleansing
• Managing appointment schedules for road-based representatives.
• Managing shared email inbox

• Experience: If you have at least 1 year of customer service experience, it’s a plus.
• Highly Organised: Ability to multi-task and manage priorities
