Job Description:
This role combines sales support and customer service with a clear path to management. You’ll handle customer inquiries, product sourcing, and quotes, manage inventory and purchasing, and handle financial tasks like invoice entry and receivables. Supporting team operations includes acting as dispatch manager, approving timesheets, and assisting with onboarding. Effective communication, proactive customer engagement, and administrative duties like creating customer profiles and handling support are crucial. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office and Xero, and an IT background are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Handling initial customer inquiries, sourcing products, generating quotes, and managing stock inventory and purchases.
Financial Duties: Responsible for entering invoices from timesheets into the Xero accounting system from ConnectWise. Also, manage receivables, ensuring financial processes run smoothly.
Team Support: Act as the dispatch manager when required, support team members by checking and approving timesheets, and assist in onboarding new staff.
Communication: Conduct weekly and/or quarterly customer feedback calls, ensuring we continuously improve our service quality.
Administrative Tasks: Create accounts or profiles for new customers on our administration system platform, handle support phone calls/emails, and manage support tickets.
Quality Assurance: Audit engineer compliance with company policies, reporting any irregularities to management to maintain quality standards.
Ensure quotes and amendments are completed daily
Manage stock inventory effectively
Contribute to other projects and tasks as directed by management

Requirements:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently
High intelligence and adaptability in a high and fast-paced work environment
Extensive working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Background in IT or IT-related experience is highly desirable
Proficiency in accounting software Xero
Attention to detail
Proficiency in using Grammarly and ChatGPT
Background in Sales or Sales Administration
Familiarity with MSP applications like
ConnectWise PSA™ (formerly ConnectWise Manage)
Familiarity with Information Technology equipment is highly desirable
Experience in Managed Services
Previous experience in product management and support
Ability to scrutinize and correct grammar and spelling errors in system administration audit logs
