Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Sales Administrator to support our sales team in driving strategic business decisions and fostering robust relationships with potential clients. As a crucial support system for our sales operations, you will be instrumental in managing deadlines, orchestrating tasks, and propelling our growth trajectory through efficient back-end sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing and scheduling discovery calls.
Support the sales team by managing CRM software, ensuring all sales opportunities and interactions with prospects are accurately tracked and updated.
Help in evaluating and qualifying leads to determine their potential as viable business opportunities.
Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities, interactions, and progress with prospects.
Assist with the prioritization of leads and the management of sales targets.
Coordinate and manage sales meetings, ensuring all necessary materials and information are prepared in advance.
Develop and maintain effective filing systems for sales documentation, contracts, and customer correspondence.
Provide administrative support for sales-related activities, including the preparation of reports and sales presentations.
Assist in researching industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to support the sales and marketing teams.
Compile data and provide insights to support sales approaches and business development.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales administration, support, or a closely related role, preferably within a B2B environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and familiarity with sales tools for effective lead and data management.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of effectively supporting and interacting with various stakeholders.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Eager to learn new skills and processes to contribute to team success.
Adaptable and flexible, with effective problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, able to adjust strategies and approaches in response to changing priorities and business needs.
