Hi there! My name is Kristopher Miller, and I have been running a digital marketing agency in Edinburgh, United Kingdom for the past 4 years. Essentially, I help companies to get new customers through digital and social media marketing.

My vision is to be a purpose driven company that gets results. I want to help hundreds of companies to thrive in the next 12 months and beyond.

I would like to provide my sales driven solution to a world wide audience within the next twelve months and I need ambitious and focused team members to help me on this journey.

I’m looking for someone to become my new client prospecting assistant. This is a role that is UNLIKE anything you’ve ever seen before. I know many of you apply for “Sales Administrator” roles, where you never really form a strong, genuine relationship with your employer.

That is NOT the case here. I am looking for a loyal, driven, hard-working team member who is willing to go the distance with me, and work for 1, 2, or even 3 years+, and who truly believes in my mission.

So now, you might be wondering: What is the job and what are the requirements?

Since you will be my Sales Administration expert, you have a very important role of helping my various Home Improvement company clients to join us and help them understand what we have to offer to help them grow their business.

To perform the role, here are the overall requirements

–At least 3 years of hands on sales, telesales and administration with experience in excel, Google Drive, and Calendy.
–Demonstrated history of achieving target based results in a sales role.
–Be able to work full time, 40 hours per week. Work hours are 9a.m-5pm UK time you will need to be available to meet with me from 8a.m- 1p.m UK time (Philippines is + 7 hours)
–Strong written and verbal English
–Proficient with sales prospecting tools such as Mail Chimp (I will cover any costs for sales tools that you use)
–Great attention to detail to complete administration tasks.
–Experience with common online marketing tools relevant to the role such as Facebook ads, Google ads.

Your role will constantly be changing. As the company grows, you may have to lead a team of virtual employees on sales projects, and take on more and more leadership roles. A big part of this job is to stay on your toes, always ready for action and change.

NICE TO HAVES (Not mandatory, but these will give you an edge and you should mention them in your application):
–Ideally have experience working with an agency environment already (ie. another agency that does marketing)
–Basic knowledge of websites such as HTML, WordPress, or other website builders (ie. Webflow or Squarespace)

Here is the compensation:

This job will start off at $4 USD/Hour (php 200/hour), but there is a LOT of room to grow. The person for this role would be making $5-6 USD/hour 6-9 months from now, and possibly even $7-10 USD/hour 2-3 years from now. Plus I will offer bonuses/incentives for achieving great results.

Again, if you are looking for quick money, this is NOT for you. Only for people who have a long term vision to grow with my company. This also gives you opportunities to grow in leadership roles in my company overtime. For example, if you perform well you can be promoted to more leadership roles in my company, and oversee team members.
