About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing Sales Development Representative to join our team. One who is a quick learner and is skilled at negotiating by phone, email, and via web-based presentations.

This person will be responsible for managing clients and proactively reaching out to them ensuring client satisfaction or retention while continuously hunting and closing new businesses.

Our ideal candidate loves bringing on new business and is passionate about the challenges that come with prospecting customers in a competitive market. He or She must be knowledgeable about sales processes and skilled at generating leads, developing relationships, and closing deals.

Requirements:

? Excellent English speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? 2 years of experience as an Account Manager, Sales, or similar
? Ability to analyze business opportunities and read situations
? People skills – must be able to connect to people with ease and confidence
? Strong organizational skills

Preferably:

? Knowledgeable in CRM software (Zoho CRM is a plus)
? Cybersecurity sales experience

Responsibilities:

? Present, promote and sell cybersecurity products/services to existing and prospective clients
? Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and client relationships
? Achieve sales targets and outcomes
? Cold calls or warm outreach
? Perform market and competitive research
? Answer inquiries through phone and email
? Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity offerings
? Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales and activity quotas
? Generate leads and commit to quality customer service by building long-lasting relationships
? Adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field
