Sales Advocate / Virtual Assistant (8-5 Eastern time)
$572.86 starting, commission available at 6 months, $716.07 at one year. Non-negotiable.
Key Qualifications:
Fluency: The primary qualification is fluency in English (written and spoken): you must be comfortable making phone calls without a script, writing emails, and following instructions in English. You will be speaking with prospective patients who have not yet signed up for our services. You may not be making the sales per-se, but rather helping guide and answer questions.
Comfort with Technology: comfortable using multiple technology platforms and adapting to new technology as we grow our sales team
Flexible and Adaptable: we are an early-stage startup with a lot going on and everyone needs to be able to wear multiple hats.
Highly Organized: we need someone to bring order to chaos

About Resolve:
Resolve uses data-informed insights to act as a Guardian Angel for patients with excessive medical bills – stepping between them and hospitals and insurance companies to significantly lower the amount that they owe. The US healthcare system is ridiculously complex and stacked against patients. Those without insurance pay massively inflated payments while those with insurance have to deal with out-of-network payments, claims denials, and a host of other at Resolve is more than just a job – it’s a mission to make healthcare billing fair.
Your role with Resolve:
As a Virtual Assistant in our sales department, you will be on the front lines helping prospective patients understand our services and how we lower medical bills. You will fully support our sales team as a virtual assistant as they sign clients up for Resolve. Fluent English is a must seeing as much of your time will be spent making phone calls and writing emails. While there is no typical day at Resolve, initial responsibilities will include: structuring up all relevant information in new patient cases, filling out and sending out documents, speaking with prospective clients, and completing administrative tasks for our sales team
