Job Description

We are looking for a hardworking Sales Agent! This is a full-time, mid-level position with great potential for advancement to the right contractor(s).

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm US EST, 40 hours a week.
Pay Rate: 1,000 USD/Month with uncapped commission based on closed deals.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be self-motivated and self-disciplined. We expect hard workers who can demonstrate expertise while serving as a trusted advisor to their manager. You’ll also need to demonstrate responsiveness and professionalism as well as being detail-oriented, organized, technology savvy, an effective communicator, results-oriented, and resourceful.

Role Overview:

**Client Engagement **
-Build and foster relationships to understand client needs, preferences, and expectations to provide exceptional service.
-Data collection and analysis of cold-calling campaigns with accurate progress reporting.
-Support sales team with management of potential clients to ensure they are getting the proper attention
-Identify ‘red flags’ in potential clients, and ‘red flags’ in different verticals.

**Client Acquisition and Retention**
-Conduct cold calling to support sales prospecting, qualifying leads, and client engagement.
-Utilize lead generation techniques.
-Participate in client demos with the goal of closing the client
-Use strong negotiation skills, in conjunction with the sales team, to close leads.
-Boost client retention through consistent service quality.

**Documentation and Research**
-Maintain accurate records, including client interactions, job specifications, and other relevant information in our CRM system, both for yourself and the rest of the sales team
-Handle sales admin work for the team, including researching new verticals and compiling lead lists for the whole sales team

Qualifications:
-Minimum of 2 years in cold calling and B2B sales roles, focusing on lead generation.
-At least 2 years of experience working full-time in a virtual role
-Available for at least 40 hours/week to support our team.
-Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion to contribute to a startup.
-Excellent communicator
-Able to overcome objections and deal with rejection
-Versatility in task management, always curious and problem-solving oriented.
-Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
-Experience in remote work, team collaboration, and excellent attention to detail.
-Strong time management, prioritization, analytical skills and adaptability.
-Must be available to work US EST hours as well as other on-call times.
-Comfort with your personal skillset.
-Familiarity with CRMs, Voips and G-Suite.

Technical Requirements:
-Stable internet and backup power.
-Functional webcam and headset.
-Professional background for video interactions.
