We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for our company by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and closing sales deals. Key Responsibilities:

1. Prospect and identify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
2. Conduct in-depth research to understand the needs and preferences of prospective clients.
3. Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
4. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service and support.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
6. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
7. Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable and mutually beneficial agreements.
8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new sales opportunities.
9. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions using our CRM system.
10. Provide regular reports and updates to the sales manager on sales performance and progress towards goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for sales.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
