This position pays a BASE SALARY ($4-$6/hr) + Bonus + Commission on every closed deal ->> Should bring your monthly income earned to be at least $8-$10/hr with commissions & Bonuses (After building your pipeline for 2-3 months).

RESPONSIBILITIES
Converting Seller Leads into Signed Contracts
Long-term, following up with Seller Leads Over the phone
Updating and managing Follow Ups inside of CRM
Updating CRM with notes, next actions, and pictures
Deliver on expected KPIs on daily, weekly and monthly basis.

SKILLS NEEDED:
FLUENT in English!
Negotiation skills – we will be converting leads to deals and making offers and getting contracts signed.
Sales Background – Must have atleast 2+ years of working experience as a Car salesman, Insurance Agent, Call Center Experience, Timeshare Sales are highly preferrable.
Having worked with american clients is preferrable
Kind, empathic and passion for helping others.
An upbeat personality, high energy, and positive attitude.
Good listener– you will be providing solutions.
Committed to growth and the growth of the team – we experience & learn together.
Access to reliable internet, you will be communicating with clients and team members through ZOOM calls and other web- based programs.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
Internet connection of at least 5mbps; w/ back up
Laptop/desktop with at least 4 GB RAM and i3 processor
Backup workstation (preferred)
Backup internet (pocket WIFI)
USB noise-canceling headset- USB noise-canceling headset (REQUIRED)
