FULL-TIME POSITION WITH FLEXIBLE WORKING HOURS SALES AGENT WITH $500 BASE SALARY AND $50 COMMISSION PER CLIENT CLOSED!

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Lead Generation and Appointment Setting Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for finding and engaging potential clients who are business owners in need of virtual assistant services.

The company goal this year is to average 20 sales a month. You will be working directly alongside the Head of Recruitment and the CEO of LTG Assist.

Salary Package:
– Base Salary: $500 per month
– Performance Bonus: $50 per sale closed
– Minimum Performance Requirement: 5 clients closed per month
– Sales Target: 20 clients closed per month
– THIS ROLE HAS UNLIMITED UPSIDE.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:
– Research and identify potential clients who are business owners in various industries.
– Utilize online platforms, social media, networking events, and other methods to generate leads.
– Maintain a detailed database of potential leads and track your interactions and progress.
– Set appointments for CEO to close sales.

Email Marketing:
– Craft and send personalized email campaigns to engage potential clients.
– Follow up with leads via email to nurture relationships and provide additional information.
– Track and analyze the performance of email campaigns to optimize outreach strategies.

Client Engagement:
– Initiate contact with potential clients through various channels (email, social media, phone calls).
– Present our VA services effectively, highlighting the benefits and addressing any concerns.
– Schedule and coordinate meetings between potential clients and our internal team.

Collaboration:
– Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth handover of leads.
– Provide regular updates on lead generation activities and outcomes.
– Collaborate with the internal team to align lead generation strategies with broader marketing goals.

Key Qualifications:
– Proven experience in lead generation and email marketing.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
– Familiarity with GoHighLevel CRM software is a plus.

Salary: $500 base salary plus $50 per sale closed with a minimum of 5 sales closed per month.
Schedule: Full-time flexible working hours
