Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales AI Integration Specialist to join our team. This role is at the intersection of cutting-edge AI technology and strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, integrating, and optimizing AI platforms that enhance our sales processes. This role requires a unique blend of technical AI knowledge, practical sales experience, and the ability to maintain and adjust AI solutions to align with our evolving sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively research and identify AI platforms that can be integrated into our sales processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer engagement.
• Lead the integration of selected AI technologies into our sales systems, ensuring seamless deployment and functionality.
• Collaborate with sales and IT teams to customize AI solutions according to our business needs and sales goals.
• Train and support the sales team on utilizing AI tools effectively, translating technical capabilities into sales strategies.
• Continuously monitor and adjust AI integrations based on performance metrics, sales feedback, and evolving business objectives.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of sales technologies, AI trends, and competitive products to keep our sales process at the forefront of innovation.
• Develop and maintain documentation on AI platform configurations, processes, and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in AI/ML technologies, with a strong understanding of sales process integration.
• Experience in sales or a deep understanding of sales strategies, techniques, and challenges.
• Strong technical skills, including experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and AI/ML tools.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a knack for identifying and leveraging technology solutions to drive sales results.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and training skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical and sales teams.
