Pamarco Sales Analysts
Pamarco is looking for a talented sales analyst. This analyst will collate and analyze both internal and external data, to create insightful reporting that shapes important strategic decisions.
Pamarco is a fast-growing company in the supply side of the packaging industry that needs a sales analyst who can take our sales performance to the next level. We need an analyst who is capable of compiling and analyzing data from a range of sources, to forecast sales trends, track sales performance and work closely with marketing on specific programs to build market share.
Key responsibilities
We need a driven, experienced sales analyst to perform the following tasks:
• Gather and analyze diverse data to understand problems and bring them to light.
• Communicate with the management team, to guide strategic decisions.
• Collate and analyze data, to effectively forecast sales trends.
• Review sales data from the past, to better understand productivity trends.
• Generate accurate, clear reports and explain complex trends
• Regularly share actionable information with the sales and management team.
• Develop monthly reporting to provide visibility on key metrics
• Review profitability by client, determine likely cause of shortfalls and suggest actions
Desired qualifications
• A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• Familiarity with key business-intelligence software
• Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Flawless oral and written communication abilities
• A keen eye for detail and great organizational abilities
• Proven ability to take the initiative and ask difficult questions
• Skills with multitasking and prioritizing key reports
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Naturally curious with a strong desire to learn
Tasks
• Monthly national account reports to clients
• Gross profit review by plant and customer ship to location, report back to sales and manufacturing
• Sales pricing review for engraving and base sleeves and rolls
• Review and report on sales price increase effectiveness
• Review MRA process and analyze internal and external rejects
• Review territory sales by customer ship to and determine trends, accounts gained / lost year on year, communicate findings
• Participate in bimonthly sales review call
