We are excited to announce that we are looking to expand our Philippine-based team with a dynamic and motivated individual who will provide comprehensive support across various functions. Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support
1. Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to potential leads to introduce our products and services, build relationships, and identify sales opportunities.
2. Email Outreach: Craft and send targeted emails to leads, following up to nurture and convert them into clients.
3. CRM Management: Regularly update Zoho CRM with lead information, sales activities, and follow-up actions to ensure an organized and efficient sales pipeline.
4. Quotation: Accurately enter quotes in Zoho Books, ensuring all details are correct and promptly processed.
5. Client Engagement: Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and maintain strong relationships.
Administrative Support:
1. Executive Assistance: Provide comprehensive administrative support to Stargent’s CEO, including managing emails, calendars, and preparing reports.
2. SIM Card Activation: Oversee the activation of SIM cards for our connectivity solutions, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Qualifications:
1. Proactive and Self-Starter: Must be highly proactive with the ability to work independently without the need for supervision.
2. Sales-Oriented: Strong interest and skills in sales, including making cold calls and sending emails to potential leads.
3. Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail, especially when entering data and handling administrative tasks.
4. Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
5. Experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho Books is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
6. Reliable computer and internet connection.
7. Ability to work US hours (9 AM – 5 PM US Central Time).
