Looking for Sales Professionals to sell Small Businesses subscriptions to our Marketing & Lead Generation software subscriptions and service offerings.

Compensation is $160 base for Part-Time, Plus Commission. For Part-Time $16,320 Annually and for Full-Time $24,240 Annually.

The commission is as follows:
Payouts for service packages are as follows:
$197.00 service package: $50 commission per sale
$397.00 service package: $100 commission per sale
$997.00 service package: $200 commission per sale

Performance Expectations: Part-time 3 sales per week, with anticipated annual compensation of $16,320 for Part-time. Full-time 5 sales per week, $24,240 US for full-time when expectations are met.

The role will start off Part-Time and change to Full-Time if sales goals are initially met.

**Position Summary:** We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales and Business Development Representative with a strong marketing background. This remote, part-time position offers a flexible schedule during US hours with the potential to transition into a full-time role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all inbound inquiries and leads, conducting prospecting calls, email follow-ups, B2B appointment setting, and upselling prospects from free trial accounts to paid monthly subscription accounts.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Manage and respond to all inbound sales inquiries and leads.
– Conduct cold and warm prospecting calls to identify and engage potential clients.
– Follow up with prospects through emails and calls to nurture leads.
– Set appointments for business-to-business (B2B) engagements.
– Upsell prospects from free trials to paid subscription accounts.
– Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to team goals.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.

**Compensation:** Base salary with performance bonuses and sales incentives. You will get your base plus bonus pay for sales made. Also, top performers will win awards.
