Sales and Chat Representative

This job is about building and retaining relationships with customers, and within those relationships selling them product in a way that feels natural and unassuming. All conversation and sales will be handled within chat conversations directly with each customer.

This job requires the ability to translate emotions and genuine human tone to written English text. This job also requires a deep curiosity of human psychology.

We are looking for someone confident, cunning, quick-witted, and creative for this position. This job can be taxing and draining because it requires real personality and emotion, so it’s important that the right applicant is interested in more than just the money.

This job requires an extremely high level of understanding of the English language, far higher than C2 or anything a test can quantify. The English this job requires is not professional and corporate; it is casual, relatable, and in-touch with American slang and culture.

This job will be entirely worked within California time (PST), you must be able and willing to work a shift sometime between the hours of 9am PST – 2am PST. For example you may be scheduled to work 9am – 6pm PST on Monday, then scheduled to work 5pm – 2am PST on Tuesday.

Requirements;

– Mastery level English; Please, we beg of you. PLEASE do not apply if you are not exceptional at written English. If there are any flaws at all in your application, any problems with past, present, and future tense, or if there is any implication that your English is not at the level of a native English speaker, we will ignore your application.

– A Quiet & Focused work space; You are required to have your own working area in a non-shared room. We work with sensitive information, and the nature of these interactions with customers is very focused. We additionally do daily calls and require that your environment is not loud or distracting.

– Fast Wifi, a Private Computer, and a Smart Phone; These are all non-negotiable, you cannot share your computer with anyone else. Everything you work on needs to be up-to-date and fast. We just don’t have the time to deal with any technical difficulties on your end. You need to show up prepared!

– Ambition & Confidence; We cannot emphasis enough how important it is to be strong willed and confident in this position. A lot of different things will be thrown at you and you need to be able to retain your sense of self and character. You will go from being a customers therapist, to being their best friend, to being a salesman over the course of only a few minutes. You need to be flexible and accepting of the challenge.

Training pay is $125 per week – Training can take up to 1.5 months depending on the applicant.

Base Pay is $1,000 USD per month once you finish training.

Commission will be discussed later in your career with us, however on average after your first year with us $1,600 or higher is what we hope you will be making based on performance.
