Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction: Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, displaying exceptional communication skills and in-depth product/service knowledge. Ensure every interaction enhances client satisfaction and supports business growth.
Sales Strategy Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies aimed at achieving and surpassing sales targets. Play an active role in brainstorming sessions and strategy meetings.
CRM Management: Take responsibility for managing customer information within our CRM system, emphasizing data accuracy and reliability. Regularly update client records to reflect current interactions and transactions.
Market Analysis: Conduct ongoing market analysis to uncover new sales opportunities and comprehend emerging consumer trends. Use these insights to adapt sales strategies and identify potential areas for expansion.
Product/Service Presentation: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on our products/services to potential clients, clearly communicating the value proposition and benefits.
Event Participation: Assist in organizing and participating in industry events to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Represent [Your Company Name] professionally at all times.
