Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and companies. Assists with sales, orders, account questions, billing, cancelations, and other queries.
WORKING TIME:
Saturday, Sunday – 8 -10 hours shift each day
Additional 3 days during the week – variable 4-8 hours
24-40 hrs per week
Office hours: 11:00am – UK 21:00 pm UK
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Advise customers via phone, email, or social media on the services we offer.
• Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
• Cancel or upgrade accounts.
• Assist with the placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
• Advise on company information.
• Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
• Place or cancel orders.
• Act as the company gatekeeper.
• Suggest solutions when an issue with the service arises.
• Handle service recalls.
• Attempt to persuade customers to reconsider cancellation.
• Inform customer of deals and promotions.
• Sell products and services.
REQUIREMENTS
• Fluency in English (both oral and written)
• Ability to work under pressure to tightly controlled deadlines
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills and computer literacy in general
• Willingness to work in a team
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Problem-solving ability
• Ability to adapt to different demands
• Resilience and excellent time management.
At least 1 year experience as a customer support representative.
