This is a small and fast-growing, customer focused eCommerce store (online retail) selling sheds, greenhouses, saunas, dog kennels, cow lifts, and all sorts of different homestead supplies & equipment. Our revenue is growing quickly and we are expanding!
We’re very busy and need someone to help with sales and customer service for our ecommerce store. This is an exciting long-term opportunity for you! We will grow and hire more, so you have the potential to become the manager, director – if you are amazing.

JOB OVERVIEW
You’ll be responsible for answering phone calls, emails, and chats that come in. People are interested in buying our products but have questions that you will need to answer. Or they have already purchased and have follow up questions about shipping or other things like that.
To start we will work closely together, but you will become more and more independent as time goes by. We currently have a team of 4 people (including myself) who you will be working with on a day to day basis.

PAY
$1,000 base salary plus commissions.
Approximately $1,500 / month in commissions, depends on your sales.
Total Pay About $2,000+ per month but could be a lot more if you are motivated.
You could make $3,000 to $4,000 /month if you sell a lot!
We also provide 2 paid days off per month.
We generally provide pay increases every 6-12 months as you prove yourself.

WORKING HOURS
Full time position (40 hours/week): Working hours are Monday through Friday approximately 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM US Pacific Time with 1 hour lunch break. Lunch break can be broken up into different breaks if you would like. I’m slightly flexible on the schedule if needed. You will have the ability to work an hour or two on Saturday and Sunday if you would like to (purely optional) if you would like to make extra money.
