What do you get in return? For qualified applicants $800/month ($5 per hour) but that is not all, bonus for meeting sales metrics your closing directly impacts your bonus and growth of the company, as the company grows so do your bonus.

Looking for someone who is comfortable making outbound and taking inbound sales calls and and can be a CLOSER, doing cold calls, answering customer questions, hiring providers, doing social media posts, paying providers, scheduling appointments and admin work. Looking for someone who is motivated with a positive can do attitude and takes initiative to suggest to do things better, someone who is ok working with little direction and building and defining the job role.
Bonus paid for booked sales and for reaching sales volume targets. Great potential for personal growth and gain valuable skills that you can take anywhere. Looking for a person to be with the company at least a 1 year or more. The vision would be that that as the company grows more VA’s will be hired and the VA with the leadership skills will be the lead VA.
-Training for 2 days, then on job training for 3 to 4 weeks 20 hours a week (depending how fast you pickup the role) this will also be a trial period.
After trial period move to 40 hours a week, continue improvement, bonus when hitting Key Metrics and increasing sales.
Your willingness to do sales calls and great customer services are key because you will be the lead sales person and the voice and the image of the company when you are talking to leads or customers and providers.

-Lead Generation, cold calling experience
-Experience with making social media posts (FB and IG)
-Experience with Canva
-Experience with Google LSA and Facebook Ads
-Experience with BookingKoala and GoHighLevel
-Experience with Chat GPT
-Experience with Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets.
