Hello,

We are looking for someone to join our team as a Sales and Customer Success Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our sales thread on the Blackhatworld forum, responding to leads’ questions, and engaging with potential clients. You will also handle lead conversion and closing on Telegram, ensuring a smooth transition from lead to customer.

Additionally, you will be responsible for booking appointments for high-ticket clients with our sales team using our calendly system. For clients who do not require appointments, you will forward their information to the tech and admin team for the invoicing process and initiate the service. Throughout the entire process, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining a positive relationship with the clients.

Responsibilities:

– Manage and monitor our sales thread on Blackhatworld forum, responding to leads’ inquiries and providing relevant information about our services.
– Engage with potential clients on the forum, addressing their questions and concerns, and promoting our offerings.
– Utilize Telegram to communicate with leads, providing additional information, answering queries, and guiding them through the sales process.
– Close leads effectively, using persuasive techniques and understanding their needs to ensure a successful conversion.
– Book appointments for high-ticket clients using our calendly system, coordinating with both the client and internal team members to find suitable time slots.
– For clients who do not require appointments, forward their information to the tech team, ensuring all necessary details are provided for the service initiation.
– Maintain ongoing communication with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, addressing any issues, and providing exceptional customer support.
– Stay updated on our services and documentation, becoming knowledgeable about our offerings to effectively address any client inquiries.
– Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to optimize the lead conversion process and enhance customer success.

Requirements:

– Quick learner, capable of understanding and grasping complex technical information about our services.
– Ability to work independently, take ownership of responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
– Previous experience in forum posting, moderation, or community management is a plus.
– Strong English communication skills.
– Proficiency in using Telegram for messaging and communication purposes.
– Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
– Experience in appointment setting, closing deals, and objection handling.
– Customer-centric mindset, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.

-> Your salary will be $400/month for 30hours/week, you’ll be paid bi-weekly first then monthly. Then at the end of each month, you’ll receive 5% of the company’s net benefit as a bonus. Note that It’s possible that we’ll have to switch to 35 hours/week in the future.

We already generate revenue and have leads coming in; we just need someone to handle this part so we can focus on high-ticket sales and reseller prospecting. We’ll provide you with our full documentation on our services and common objections. You’ll have 5 days to review everything. Afterward, we’ll challenge you with questions about our services to assess your knowledge. If you pass, we’ll move on to phase 2 where we’ll share real messages from conversations we’ve had with closed leads to evaluate your handling of them. If you pass this phase, you’ll be hired.

We’re looking for a long-term collaboration, not a one-shot deal. We need someone we can trust, as you’ll be handling a significant portion of our revenue. If you perform well, you’ll be generously rewarded. The 5% bonus of the company’s net profit is just a preview; if you make us money, you’ll earn money.
