POSITION SUMMARY
This is a work-from-home opportunity. We are looking for someone who is committed to working with us for a long time. Our operation is not solely focused on being transactional.

The Sales and Customer Support Manager builds and manages all aspects of a sales department inclusive of leading management, account management, business analytics, and channel development. The Senior Sales Manager also works closely with the following departments; Customer Support, Finance, Marketing, and other teams for the purpose of ensuring that sales targets are met, generating leads, managing key accounts, and monitoring competitors’ sales activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
As Sales and Customer Support Manager, you will be required to perform a variety of tasks, such as but not limited to the following:
– Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies
– Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met
– Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward and individual recognition
– Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly
– Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
– Analyzing data from internal systems and external sources to identify opportunities to improve sales performance
– Managing an existing sales team, providing ongoing coaching and feedback to help them increase their performance
– Ensuring that company products or services are represented accurately in advertising and marketing materials
– Developing strategies to increase market share by identifying new opportunities in existing markets or developing new markets
– Developing and implementing a strategic plan to achieve specific goals such as increasing revenues or improving customer satisfaction
– Negotiating contracts and managing relationships with vendors, suppliers, partners, and other external parties to ensure compliance with legal requirements
– Providing leadership, training, and motivation to the sales team to help them meet their goals.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
– BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
– At least 2-4yrs experience in Sales and Management
– Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
– Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
– Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
– Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
– Strong business sense and industry expertise
– Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
