Sales and Customer Support Manager

Our organization is an agency looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales and Customer Relationship Manager. Your job will be to communicate through text and represent our company to friendly people all around the world. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow within a dynamic and customer-focused environment.

The job will include:
1. Handling social media account
2. Selling through Direct Messaging
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
4. Constantly achieving sales targets and monitoring daily progress on a spreadsheet

This is a FULL-TIME position. The hours are from 11 am EST – 19pm EST.

There is a great chance for upward mobility with our company and to make more money based on performance. We have a great commission and bonus structure. Hourly rates will also increase over time with continued success.

As the team expands, you can take on managerial roles and coordinate your own team once you fully understand our business.
We are looking for someone enthusiastic, willing to learn and develop, with a positive attitude.

We offer in-depth training prior to starting the job and also you will be required to attend company training and read sales materials. A paid probation period of 2 weeks will be in effect.
