POSITION SUMMARY AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Sales and Customer Support Manager will build and manage all aspects of the sales department in a remote work environment. This position will be reporting to the CEO with a long-term opportunity for those who are interested in expanding their leadership skills to build effective world class teams.
The Sales and Customer Support Department will manage developing their staff to effectively communicate with customers on new leads as well as supporting existing customers. The primary focus is to develop the sales representatives’ skills and competency in servicing the customer, and ensure the customer experience is the best.
Additionally, the Sales and Customer Support Manager will interface with Technical Support, Finance, Marketing, Order Fulfillment, Warehouse, and Business Process departments for the purpose of giving the customer a great experience, laser focus in growing our company, and growing our market share.
We are looking for ambitious self-starters who take action and identify opportunities, areas of improvement and breakdowns and move into action to resolve it through collaboration with other departments. The Sales and Customer Support Manager will produce and document methodologies and processes that will allow the sales team to grow and service our customers better and more consistently.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
– BS/MS degree in Business Administration or any related field
– At least 2-4yrs relevant experience in Sales, Customer Support and Management
– Experience in managing and coaching sales representatives
– Successful relevant years of experience as a sales representative or sales manager,
– Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets
– Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
– Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
– Ability to drive the sales process from proposal to closing
– Strong business sense and industry expertise
– Excellent in mentoring, coaching and people management
