Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales and Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to our customer experience, focusing on sales growth and providing exceptional support to our subscribers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US insurance claims, medical sales, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with potential customers to explain the benefits of our weight loss medication and subscription service.
• Assist customers through the sign-up process, ensuring they meet eligibility requirements by coordinating blood work tests and screenings with our nursing team.
• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and chats to convert leads into subscribers.
• Engaging in upselling and convert site visitors to customers.
• Provide comprehensive support to existing customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Navigate and manage insurance claims processes to assist customers with potential reimbursement or coverage questions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns.
• Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and competitor activities to effectively communicate with customers and prospects.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales and customer support, preferably within the healthcare or medical industry.
• In-depth knowledge of US insurance claims processes and medical billing procedures.
• Strong understanding of weight loss medications, specifically semaglutide, is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales support tools.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote work environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, customer support, or a related role within the healthcare industry.
• Experience working with weight loss programs or medications is advantageous.

Schedule:
Part Time: Saturday – Sunday, 6:00am to 2:00pm PST (9:00pm to 5:00am Manila)
