Role and Responsibilities:
As a Sales and Lead Follow-up Specialist, you will be the bridge between potential customers and our exceptional services. Your responsibilities will include:
Lead Qualification and Follow-up: Reach out to leads generated through various channels, such as inquiries, website forms, and referrals. Engage in active follow-up to assess their needs and provide relevant information about our services.
Consultative Selling: Understand the unique requirements of each lead and recommend suitable services based on their needs. Effectively communicate the benefits and value proposition of our services.
Deposit Collection: Guide interested leads through the deposit collection process, ensuring a smooth and secure transaction.
Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that align with the customer’s needs and preferences.
Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate with customers to schedule appointments that suit their availability and our service team’s schedule.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions, conversations, and progress in our CRM system.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and service teams to provide a seamless experience for customers and ensure successful service delivery.
Targets and Reporting: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Provide regular updates on lead follow-up progress and outcomes.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service, preferably in the home services or construction industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with customers.
